Level 3 Public Gardens A large section of Level 3 was cleared of debris and set aside for a new garden. The elves came and created a small pond surrounded by trees and flowers. There are paths to walk along and benches tucked throughout the peaceful place.

Level 4 Public Gardens The gardens on the fourth level hold not just flowers and trees, but fruit bearing trees and bushes that the people may partake of. The fruit is communal property and those taking more than their share are chastised by their neighbors.
